    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities -

    Junior Commercial

    18 months programme, 6 months Business Intelligence (BI)products, 6 months FCC (Financial Crime & Compliance) products, 6 months Junior Account Associate 

     

    To support the delivery of end-to-end solution implementation including training, business and technical analysis, deployment and go live. Also, assisting the sales teams to prepare proposals and prototypes, in either standardized or customized formats. In line with consulting and training services engagement, you will deliver chargeable services to the customers and will be involved with many different departments within an institution: operation, information technology, information security, technical infrastructure, networks, and any number of internal business units wishing to communicate using SWIFT.

     

    Key responsibilities – To provide pre-sales assistance to the Commercial Account Managers / BI/FCC product Sales Specialists for the sales of SWIFT products and services by providing participating in customer meetings; providing product presentations and demos to our clients and writing technical proposals. Organizing client meetings/ client and user group sessions/ drawing marketing materials.

    Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes? - University degree in Computer Science/ IT, or in Economics or related fields - Some experience (max. 3 years) in system development or client support, or financial services, IT or related industry is an advantage - Knowledge of SWIFT products, services and solution is an advantage - Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and spoken - Positive learning attitude - Willing to contribute in a team environment - Willing to travel and work independently. Positive client engagement skills are a must.
