    This is a new, global role within SWIFT, as we transform to an Agile operational model and organize into focused "Tribes" empowered to deliver strategic and technical impact for our community, placing the successful candidate on a unique and exciting trajectory for career progression.



    Primary Responsibilities



    • Holistic Integration of Tribe strategy: Work with Product Owners (POs) to articulate a clear vision for each product / service along with value propositions, map out the user journeys, define the scope of work and KPIs, Product roadmap of delivery, desired outcomes and customer / community feedback and engagement mechanisms.
    • Roadmap and stakeholder management: Work with POs to track progress against KPIs, highlight challenges and risks and create a mechanism to update stakeholders as appropriate
    • Market Insights: Conduct secondary (and sometimes primary) research on technology trends in specified domains, including customer and competitor activity.
    • Market and Customer Segmentation: Work with commercial teams in each region to craft account level segmentation plans and commercial activation plans.


    Community Engagement:

    • Regional Engagement: Work with regional commercial teams to create multi channel engagement plans for Key accounts and the broader community, including fintechs. Expected outcomes are to raise awareness of SWIFTs API platform, seek customer feedback for iterative agile development and enable avenues of community collaboration.
    • Fintech / Application provider engagement: Research and identify key players in specified domains and work with internal teams to engage with them
    • Content for Internal and external communications: provide content to communications teams for both streams. Responsibilities will include facilitation of comms plans, thought leadership, learning sessions and conference/event coordination.
    • Open Innovation: as a lever to drive awareness and collaboration by organizing hackathons, workshops and innovation events for the community.

    • Strong drive to 'crack the problem' with a deep intellectual curiosity, combined with a practical sense of how to cut to the core issues
    • Instinctual commercial acumen coupled with data driven, technical insight to deliver value for SWIFT and its customers.
    • Right and left brain abilities to balance creativity with analytical mindset, and reflecting this into deliverables.



    • 5+ years of experience building customer centric value propositions and detailed proven experience working in a highly strategic setting.
    • Must have experience in developing strategic plans and the ability to develop innovative service solutions through market research to meet the current and future needs of our customers.
    • Must possess strong planning, organizing, customer service and presentation skills, and the ability to develop processes and procedures to improve effectiveness.
    • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and client relationship skills, fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. SharePoint and Vision experience would be a plus)
    • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university / Masters degree preferred
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of contributing to thought leadership.
