    Responsibilities

    As a HR IT CoE Business/Functional Analyst you will gain a deep insight into SWIFT's global HR business processes and IT solutions that support them. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Working with the HR business and the product manager to understand the business context and background in which the solution will need to exist. Understand and document the as-is business process.
    • Initiate conversations with the business to collect the requirements of the application to be developed.
    • Develop and document a shared understanding of the to-be business process.
    • Prepare and coordinate business tests scenarios, with the help of business domain experts.
    • Formalize the requirements for IT development (either new developments or updates to an existing application).
    • Validate the functional analysis with the business, the tester and the development team.
    • Support the development team during the development of the application.
    • Drive User Acceptance Testing.
    • Analyze recurring support issues and look for fundamental drivers. Propose changes and solutions to implement a root level fix

    Qualifications

    Experience & Education;

    • University degree in computer science or related field - or equivalent work experience
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, either within or supporting the HR department 
    • You have a solid experience in a similar position (HR Functional Analyst, HR Business Analyst).
    • You are a persuasive communicator with strong active listening skills. You easily make contact with people at various levels.
    • You have very good analytical skills. You are able to get a helicopter view and can dig into details when necessary.
    • You work in a structured way and you are well organized.
    • You are a team player, you are interested in the clients’ needs and eager to provide good solutions.
    • Experience with ‘Agile’ development is an advantage.
    • Experience with Core HCM and Performance Management is an advantage. 
    • Experience with Workday is an advantage.
