    The Customer Security Management Team is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated security specialist who, under the direction of more senior staff, will help maintain and enhance the current level of security of our operational and corporate systems.

     

    Responsibilities

    As a member of this team you will be expected to participate in the delivery and management of the Customer Security credentials , tools, processes, and technologies including but not limited to:

    • Personalization of HSM tokens and digital certificate maintenance requests for both customers and internal groups

     

    • Registration and maintenance of customer security contacts, support to customers and customer facing internal groups

     

    • Ensure that account life cycle practices adhere to policy and control mandates

     

    • Assist in the on-boarding of accounts and credentials to CSM governance systems

     

    • Provide regular reporting and accountability on key metrics and agreed upon deliverables

     

    • Ensure proper level of oversight in use of privileged accounts and maintain the systems and evidence necessary to preserve non-repudiation of user actions

     

    • Participate in security testing and security checking of systems and networks

     

    • Review, create and update technical documentation of operating procedures

     

    • Coordinate with development, qualification and operational groups on issues pertaining to existing and new security mandates

     

    • Prepare status reports on security cases to help develop security risk analysis scenarios, response procedures, and provide management with information to advise them on critical issues that may affect customer, or company objectives

     

    • Acquire knowledge of changing technologies in own area of responsibility, and provide recommendations for adaptation of technologies or policies

     

    • On-call services (24/7) on a rotational basis

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience

     

    • Good organization and prioritizing skills with an attention to detail required

     

    • Ability to handle repetitive / recurring work with a positive attitude

     

    • Ability to problem solve independently and collaboratively

     

    • Team player able to adapt to a diverse multicultural environment

     

    • Familiarity with MS Office and SharePoint products

     

    • Experience writing technical and procedural documents

     

    • Knowledge of operating systems (including Unix, Linux & Windows) and Oracle database level security desired

     

    • Knowledge of or desire to gain skill in security control implementation, and information security process improvements is desired

     

     

    • Experience as a Systems Administrator, working with PKI, experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow case management an asset
