    Responsibilities

    Your primary responsibilities will be to: • Resolve customer requests with moderate complexity for new and/or modified network infrastructure. • Participate in and/or lead projects of medium to large complexity. • Provide input for analysis and design for installations and testing of telecommunications projects. • Formulate and recommend specifications for security, service levels, overall standards and design rules for major network systems. • Participate in the resolution of moderately complex network problems and in the development and documentation of technical standards and infrastructure applications. • Produce installation and test documentation.  • Follow technological evolution in own area of responsibility and to keep management informed of applicability and opportunities for use of new products.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electronics, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications. • Solid understanding of routing, switching, firewall, VPN technologies (IPSec, PKI), scripting languages (SLAX, Python), QoS, virtualization (VMWare), automation (workflow definition), netowrk security, hybrid cloud, technical writing skills. • Be capable & willing to participate in on-call rotation.
