    Within the Finance division, the Business Partner team is hiring a finance analyst who will be responsible for the budget, analysis and forecasting for one or more Operations planning units.

     

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will be to:

    • Coordinate, follow-up and consolidate annual budgets in terms of OPEX, CAPEX and staffing for multiple departments

     

     

    • Coordinate the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial, budget and staffing reports for one of the largest division of SWIFT

     

     

    • Translate financial business analysis into presentations and present to senior management

     

     

    • Identify and validate opportunities to improve internal processes to support the business, coordinate process improvements within the team and across departments

     

     

    • Handle ad hoc requests from senior management

     

     

    The key success factors in this job include excellent communication and analytical skills to closely work with Senior Operations Managers, work-load organization skills to handle multiple tasks and willingness to learn and take up any challenge.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • University degree or equivalent preferably in business, finance or economics

     

     

    • At least 2/3 experience in a similar environment

     

     

    • Advance proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

     

     

    • Financial accounting and analysis background

     

     

    • SAP proficiency

     

     

    • Fluent in English
