    We are looking for a Treasury Analyst who excels in the various treasury domains and engages to bring our team to next level.

    Based in Brussels, you will be working alongside a dynamic team responsible for all the cash management, payment factory, foreign currency management and investment strategy of the Company in a centralized way. The operations cover close to 30 countries, in a multi-bank and multi-currency environment, using state of the art processes and tools.

    We are looking for an engaged professional contributing in the various treasury domains and responsibilities:


    1/ Bank relationship management:

    • Bank charges analysis: analyze actual bank fees against agreed conditions and benchmark these fees against market practice.
    • Develop bank relationship scorecard, organize bank meetings and discuss operational issues to improve performance
    • Audit signatures on bank accounts and in banking applications to ensure aligned with delegation of authority as provided by the Board.


    2/ Cash management:

    • Investigate cash investment opportunities in a low interest rate environment.
    • Contribute to g4c (GPI for corporates) pilot on inbound payments to improve liquidity management.
    • Support management of our daily liquidity with +80 accounts in close to 30 countries.


    3/ Support implementation of Treasury Roadmap:

    • Contribute to the development of a Treasury Digital Strategy focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, API’s, etc…
    • Further extend the SWIFT g4C "Pay and Trace" initiative to all our banking partners allowing to trace the status of our payments in process.
    • Implement banking relationship for the new SWIFT China entity


    4/ Treasury representation:

    • Actively participate to treasury conferences and workgroups
    • Become active member of Belgian Treasury Association
    • Obtain Treasury Certification
    • Represent Treasury department within SWIFT (Sales, Marketing) and support business with respect to Treasury related questions.

    • Very good analytical skills
    • Very good representation and communication skills
    • Customer oriented, always having the customer in mind while continuing to pursue operational excellence
    • Open minded and curious, challenging the status-quo, stimulating fresh ideas and driving positive changes
    • A real team player, collaborative, respectful and trustful
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).



    Knowledge and Technical skills

    • University degree in Economics is an asset
    • very good knowledge of excel and powerpoint
    • Interest in financial markets
