    Enterprise Operations is looking to enhance its Business Services team in KL with a new team member to support its daily activities.     Job summary

    Support and managed multiple SAP landscapes: ECC6.0, BW, Portal, Netweaver, SAP GTS, SAP GRC, SAP Fiori and Solution Manager. Knowledge and able to support databases such as Oracle 12g, SQL and be ready for a SAP HANA migration and support.

    Besides the daily SAP Basis administration tasks of these systems (incl. DBA activities and implementation of SAP-tools), we also execute the SAP-upgrades and new installations to extend our SAP infrastructure. Especially for the daily administration tasks and the cooperation for some new projects, we are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator.

    Solid, quality oriented professional who is willing to work in a dynamic environment. Team player and ready to take on responsibilities with operation mindset. The candidate will participate in the implementation of multiple projects on SAP technology under HPUX, Windows and Linux.



    • Operational support for SAP systems and technical application infrastructure, including SAP Solution Manager and technical monitoring. Proactively monitor systems and performs root cause analysis of production, test and development system issues using monitoring tools such as SCOM and Solution Manager. Administers and executes release management for Enhancement Packages, Support Packs and upgrade paths for all SAP components. Develops designs and documents all technical procedures using SWIFT documentation. Involved with yearly SAP BCP and SAP Disaster Recovery activities. Familiar with Oracle and server virtualization.




    • Resolve moderately complex problem management issues by investigating and devising solutions for systems/operations. May include installations, set-ups, errors messages, on line transactions, system/application status, testing solutions, operational procedures in accordance with the service level agreement.




    • Familiar with usage of ticketing tool with accordance to ITIL methodology and SCOM monitoring basic administration is a plus.




    • Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolving complex problems. Review complex problem situations and identify preventive measures / improvements to processes, procedures or tools and implement these as required.




    • Participate in system/network projects/enhancements by representing department and providing technical advises/solutions ensuring adherence to documented processes and procedures and risk mitigation efforts.




    • Familiar and willing to participate in yearly audit exercise and ensuring systems are compliance with SWIFT standards.




    • Business experience required Customer oriented; ready to share train and share knowledge with junior administrators, good troubleshooting skills; proactive and autonomous Team player with good communication skills responsible for design, deployment, configuration and ongoing maintenance of our SAP environment.




    • Familiar with working with Agile methodology and flexible for support and hosting on SAP.




    Additional information

    • Willing to participate in an on-call schedule






    • University degree in IT/engineering/science or equivalent qualification/experience



    • ITIL Foundation certification a plus



    • SAP/Oracle/SAP Hana certification is a plus




    Professional knowledge and expertise

    • Good Unix sysadmin skills, preferably HP-UX/Linux



    • Excellent knowledge and experiences with Solution manager 7.2



    • Knowledge of various SAP products and OS virtualization will be a plus



    • Oracle ,HANA & SQL database knowledge



    • Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills with adequate level of autonomy, proactivity mindset.



    • Good knowledge of Incident and Change Management processes, tools and reporting (e.g. ServiceNow, SalesForce)



    • Flexible team player able to work in a process/procedure driven organisation



    • Customer orientation and Continuous Improvement mindset are a must



    • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
