    The Commercial Finance Business Partner team (within Financial Planning & Analysis – FP&A) is recruiting a senior business analyst to support the budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring of the operations in the EMEA Region as well as providing value-added financial insights to the business team.


    Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Marketing Finance Business Partner, you will work in close relationship with the commercial, services and markets teams of the Region as well as with the FP&A - Core Finance team located in Headquarters.

    Your responsibilities will be to:

    • Proactively maintain contact with relevant divisional management and support them in following up financial and operational performance as well as preparing day-to-day analysis requests


    • Monitor key strategic initiatives in the Region


    • Put in place structured and efficient dashboard discussed regularly with the management team. Summarize key areas for attention for Senior Management


    • Be the point of contact for the Regional focus clubs (e.g BI, SWIFTRef, FCC)


    • Support the preparation of budget and forecast for commercial teams in the EMEA Region and prepare related monthly financial analysis


    • Play an active role in the Sales target settings and allocation for commercial teams.


    • Participate in ad-hoc projects (e.g office profitability) involving financial analysis and liaison with different divisions as appropriate.


    • Actively identify process improvements and propose implementations solutions.


    • BI and reports industrialisation - standardize business related analysis to facilitate reusability and key business drivers master data (e.g automating basic reporting)





    • Degree in Accounting & Finance


    • Minimum 5 years of experience of which at least 3 years are in a similar environment (FP&A).


    • Audit background and Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) exposure preferred.


    • Good business sense, self-driven fast learner and able to cope with change.


    • Trusted partner – willingness to support the sales organization achieving their commercial priorities and business goals


    • Business curiosity to understand market landscape (e.g payments, interfaces technologies)


    • Able to perform complex data analyses and to deliver quality results within tight deadlines


    • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.


    • Good communication and facilitation skills. Able to deliver key messages to Senior Management in a precise manner


    • Expert knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint as well as excellent analytical skills


    • Tool background or affinity to develop expertise in SAP, Salesforce or Microstrategy


    • Proactive and able to adapt quickly to changes and new priorities


    • Team player with personal drive, able to work effectively cross-functionally; willing to work in a multicultural environment
