    Your responsibilities will be to:

    • own the user and customer vision for the billing functionality of SWIFT product and services. That means mastering and evolving the functionalities that are delivered by the tools and the way the operating processes work



    • manage the recurrent business of swift, new initiatives and products that SWIFT deploys, and drive the billing functionality within the REBOOT project



    • define and implement the best solution and the priorities to reach the business objectives within the project and architecture constraints



    • connect the commercial and operational divisions with the project and identify business resources to be involved



    • maximize use of out-of-the-box functionalities of the new tools to a maximum extent and propose changes to existing operating procedure to align them with market best practices



    • Own the prime responsibility for the following deliverables (for Feasibility & Definition): Customer/Employee Experience relating to functionality and use, Customer requirements, Change management



    Your scope of activities will be:

    • Billing processes



    • Collections Processes



    • Dispute management



    • Revenue recognition and reconciliation



    You will lead a small team of business analysts, as well as give guidance to subcontractors and developers



    • good knowledge and overview of the quote-to-cash activity domain



    • experience with SWIFT products and services



    • experience with billing



    • very good communication skills



    • result and problem solving oriented



    • able to take decisions within uncertain contex



    • desire to drive solutions forward



    5 to 10 years of experience in operational customer interaction and/or billing preferred
