    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will include the following:

     

    Ø  Complete SDLC – design, develop, integrate internal and external (3rd Party) components, test, and support

    Ø  Analyze technical and functional requirements translating them into solutions

    Ø  Evaluate technical proposals assessing feasibility and estimating effort

    Ø  Participate in and/or lead projects of medium to large complexity

    Ø  Prepare and maintain design, installation and operating procedures

    Ø  Support delivered software as part of 'Center of Expertise' problem solving team

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    Ø  Education - University degree in Information Technology/Computer Science

    Ø  Experience - 5 years of experience in systems development and deployments

    Ø  Relevant exposure to the development of scalable, resilient and secure software

    Ø  Knowledgeable at creating/maintaining Java applications

    Ø  Oracle Database experience including table creation, complex SQL queries and developing PL/SQL

    Ø  Strong candidates will have some network  knowledge such as

    o   Provisioning equipment such as Juniper (Ex: SSG5, SRX345, SRX650, etc.)

    o   Ability to set up and troubleshoot network devices (VPN)

    o   Ability to read/understand network design documents

    Ø  Strong candidates will have some testing/automation knowledge such as

    o   Testing methodology/risk management

    o   Scripting and automation tools

    o   E2E testing, performance testing

    Ø  Knowledge in the following is a plus:

    o   Virtualization (VMWare) and Software Defined Networks

    o   RHEL administration and deployments

    o   Agile methodology and practice

    o   Cloud technologies

    Ø  Strong candidates must possess the following skills:

    o   Ability to take ownership and accountability

    o   Strong communications (both written and verbal)

    o   Strong independent worker and team player
