SWIFT require a Key Client Relationship Manager to manage a number of high value accounts and to increase revenue and customer loyalty through both the development of a long term commercial strategy client relationships and acting as subject matter expert across business development. The Key Client Relationship Manager will join the London Key Account Team. The role will report to the Head of the Nordics and Deputy Head of UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate must have experience partnering with client’s executive management, in IT/operations, payment and/or securities and/or compliance functions and a successful track record negotiating and managing complex, solution sales with top tier financial institutions.
The Key Client Account Manager orchestrates the assignment of subject matter experts on initiatives; directly guiding all regional and central staff to engage all necessary SWIFT resources and acts as the escalation point for all aspects of the relationship.
