    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Pricing strategy definition:

     

     

    • A key aspect of the job is to remain constantly tuned on the evolutions of the SWIFT business, economic model, and to ensure that the right pricing levers are actioned. Maintain pricing principles, roadmaps, prepare for shift in business models, conduct business model simulations. In summary, stay always one step ahead of the game!

     

     

    • Pricing management :

     

     

    • Price new products, and conduct regular pricing reviews

     

     

    • Manage and evolve pricing schemes: FF, P2P, etc…

     

     

    • Define and manage central pricing promotions

     

     

    • Ensure that pricing actions can be implemented efficiently

     

     

    • Manage pricing related communication: internal and external

     

     

    • Pricing governance and monitoring

     

     

    • Manage approvals processes

     

     

    • Manage discount processes

     

     

    • Manage the pricing repository and knowledge base

     

     

    • Monitor pricing actions, for business, continuous improvements, and auditing

     

     

    • Pricing center of expertise

     

     

    • Support key stakeholders : Commercial, Marketing, Finance…

     

     

    • Engage regularly with commercial teams, and occasionally customers

     

     

    • Drive continuous improvement ; Customer Experience, and internal processes

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Do you have the right business background?

    • A good understanding of the SWIFT business

     

     

    • Pricing and financial management background

     

     

    • Experience in Marketing or in Commercial functions

     

     

    • Strong track record in team management

     

     

    • Strong inter-personal, communication and problem solving skills

     

     

    • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of experts
