    To build and sustain our critical capabilities and leadership talent, we are on the look-out for a dynamic, creative and passionate Talent Development Specialist, to join the Talent Team within the HR Division. The Talent Team has a global role for Talent Acquisition and Development, including Performance Management and Learning.

    You will contribute to deliver SWIFT's global talent strategy in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.


    Your scope of responsibilities will focus on the following:

    • Create, maintain, and implement innovative and relevant learning and development solutions including classroom trainings, computer based trainings, communities of practice, social learning.


    • Draft content outlines, select vendors, supervise logistics and delivery quality for our training portfolio.


    • Leverage technology and other innovative learning practices to rejuvenate the portfolio and enhance impact.


    • With colleagues in other regions, you will work on the shaping of the global programs for new joiners, people managers, leaders and other specific employee populations.


    • Report on training progress and effectiveness to achieve corporate development goals.


    • Provide consultative services to the business lines and the wider HR team to help identify the most appropriate Talent solutions.


    • Shape our talent management, performance management, succession planning and workforce planning processes and related projects.





    Experience and studies:

    • Preferably a university degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Social Sciences


    • You have minimum 3 years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management and Organizational Development & Design 



    • You show strong analytical skills and are able to run learning diagnosis and design content to detect needs and bring appropriate learning interventions and programs.


    • You are in sync with current and expected dynamics in learning & performance management and you are able to use technology to learn and analyze data.


    • You have experience in project management, working with cross-functional/global teams and making things happening with pragmatism & efficiency.


    • You easily analyze customer needs and translate them into tangible results or targets.


    • You are a team player, collaborating with a large team over 3 regions (US, EMEA and APAC) and can work autonomously


    • You are an excellent communicator (both orally and in writing), able to convey clear messages to various levels in the organization.


    • You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
