    We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented professional to join our in-house communications and events team. Based in New York City, you will be working alongside an existing team of seven, creating and executing impactful communications across the Americas and UK region – encompassing the UK, Ireland, Nordics, North America and Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting sector with considerable scope for personal contribution and professional development.

    You will work in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver high quality thought-leadership content – creating and packaging compelling industry insights to help us tell our story and support our strategic and commercial goals. Content will be delivered across a range of online and offline channels and formats, including articles, videos, and case studies but also live events, webinars and social media. As a result, this role presents opportunities for collaborative working and continuous learning within a truly global organisation.

    Responsibilities

    High level overview of the role:

    • Lead the creation and implementation of fully integrated, multi-channel, communications to support SWIFT, and its engagement with customers and key stakeholders.

     

    • Create compelling thought-leadership content to help us reach, and engage, our diverse customer base.

     

    • Leverage the impact and reach of digital channels, including social media and video, to tell our story effectively.

     

    • Help us innovate our approach to creating and delivering communications and thought-leadership content, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

     

    • Undertake digital campaign management for key initiatives, and in compliance with GDPR guidelines.

     

    • Join cross-functional project teams, working across multiple business lines and geographies.

     

    Qualifications

    Competencies and skills:

    • You are comfortable creating compelling content for distribution across a range of channels, both online and office.

     

    • You are customer oriented, with an interest in financial technology (fintech) and the evolving digital landscape.

     

    • You are a highly capable communicator, combining a can do attitude with strong project management skills.

     

    • You are open-minded, solutions oriented, and a true team player – gaining energy through collaboration with others.

     

    • Your drive and enthusiasm ensures you achieve your objectives and priorities, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

     

    • You undertake management reporting and data analysis to inform decision making and improve future activity.

     

    • You have a minimum of five years’ work experience in similar role, and ideally within the financial services or technology industries.
