    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Perform full spectrum of office administration duties including but not limited to office renovation, facilities management, vendor management, procurement, courier serves arrangement, access system management, stationery supplied and inventory control

     

    • Provide secretarial support to the Manager

     

    • Collect and prepare documentation for reports and meetings.  Track actions and follow up with staff on assignments.

     

    • Plan and organize logistics of events such as team meetings, off-sites, departmental gatherings, customer visits, and special occasions within the department.

     

    • Willing to be involved in special projects and initiatives outside of normal administrative job scope.
    • Assist in ad-hoc duties and assignments as required

     

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of office administrative support experience.

     

    • Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

     

    • Good communication and inter-personal skills

     

    • Well-organized, Independent, detailed-minded and result-oriented

     

    • Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese)
