    Within the Finance division, the IT & Support Functions Finance Business Partner team is hiring a business analyst who will be responsible for the budget, analysis and forecasting for one or more IT planning units.

     

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will be to:

    • Be close to the business and become a recognized business partner
    • Coordinate, follow-up and consolidate annual budgets in terms of OPEX, CAPEX and staffing for multiple department
    • Coordinate the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial, budget and staffing reports for the largest division of SWIFT with matrix relationships
    • Translate financial business analysis into presentations and present to senior managemen
    • Contribute to board level reporting for IT
    • Identify and validate opportunities to improve internal processes to support the business, coordinate process improvements within the team and across departments
    • Good experience with IT departments processes, projects and technology in order to relate comfortably with IT staff and management and the underlying business

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • University degree or equivalent
    • 4+ years of professional work experience, with 2-3 years managing financial and staffing budget
    • Advance proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
    • Financial accounting and analysis background
    • SAP proficiency
